At Backdropsource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home studio or interior space. If your backdrop or decor accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and fabric components are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
